Scott Twining joined Whitelaw Twining in March 2008.
Scott practices general insurance defence litigation, with a focus on construction, professional liability, transportation, and product liability claims. In addition to his defence practice, Scott has had experience preparing coverage opinions involving CGL, Marine Cargo, Builders Risk, Directors and Officers, and Errors/Omissions policies.
Scott has appeared at all levels of British Columbia courts including the Court of Appeal, and has successfully defended and resolved personal injury, property damage, and professional negligence claims through direct negotiation, mediation and summary trial.
