Profile

John Moshonas’s practice focuses on general insurance litigation with an emphasis on casualty, construction, and surety claims. He has experience at all levels of the court system in British Columbia. John has acted for lawyers, engineers, and real estate professionals in the defence of professional liability actions. Recent experience includes the prosecution of construction and tender claims, and the defence of bodily injury, product liability, commercial host liability, and forestry industry claims.

John conducts regular seminars for clients and for professional and industry groups. He is an associate member of The Surety Association of Canada and has been a presenter at legal education, insurance, and construction industry seminars.
