Prior to joining Whitelaw Twining in April 2010, Monica Klimo articled and practiced at a downtown Vancouver law firm in the areas of civil and commercial litigation, debt collection, personal injury, and youth criminal justice. At Whitelaw Twining, Monica practices in the area of general insurance litigation with a focus on bodily injury and employment law.

Monica has appeared on behalf of clients before the Provincial and Supreme Courts of British Columbia, as well as the British Columbia Court of Appeal. She has also appeared before administrative tribunals.
