Amanda Groves was called to the British Columbia bar in 2005 and joined Whitelaw Twining as an associate in September 2008. Amanda primarily focuses her practice on defending personal injury claims arising out of motor vehicle accidents. Amanda obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree with a first class standing from the University of British Columbia in 2001 and graduated from the University of British Columbia Law School in 2004.

Prior to joining Whitelaw Twining Amanda practiced in the areas of personal injury defence, family law and general civil litigation. She has conducted trials in both the Provincial and Supreme Courts of British Columbia and has appeared as co-counsel in jury trials.
