Scott was called to the British Columbia Bar in May 2007, and joined Whitelaw Twining in March of 2008.

Scott has had experience junioring senior counsel on large construction-related litigation files, and has a keen interest in developing his own niche practice in this area. At Whitelaw Twining, Scott has assumed conduct of numerous insurance defence files, dealing with property damage claims as well as personal injury and professional negligence claims.

Recently, Scott has assisted Lyle Braaten in preparing a presentation and paper for the April 2008 Construction Law Update.

Scott is a member of the Whitelaw Twining Construction Law Practice Group.
