Ryan McCardell was called to the Bar of British Columbia in 2004. He joined Whitelaw Twining in January, 2007 after practicing in the Okanagan for the past two years. He graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2003. Prior to law school, Ryan attained a Bachelor of Science Degree, majoring in Chemistry.

Ryan practices in the area of general insurance litigation with a focus on plaintiff-side motor vehicle claims. Ryan has significant trial experience at the British Columbia Provincial Court level and has acquired experience in handling B.C. Supreme Court matters.
