Gaynor Yeung was called to the British Columbia Bar in 1996 and joined Whitelaw Twining in 1998. Gaynor practices civil litigation with a focus on catastrophic personal injury cases. Her clients include multinational insurers, retail corporations, motor vehicle carriers and leasing companies. Gaynor is the head of Whitelaw Twining's Risk Management Specialty Group.

Gaynor resolves many complex, high-quantum cases out of Court, through direct negotiation and formal mediation. Negotiated resolutions are not always possible, and Gaynor is an experienced trial lawyer who uses both summary court procedures and formal trials to protect her clients' interests. Gaynor has practiced at all levels of Court in British Columbia, before juries and before specialized administrative tribunals.

In addition to working for her clients, Gaynor conducts seminars for clients and other lawyers and devotes time to several charitable initiatives.
