David Wallin was called to the British Columbia Bar in 1996. His practice involves a range of civil litigation matters with particular emphasis in the areas of bodily injury and insurance related litigation. The primary focus of David's practice is in the following areas: - acting on behalf of bodily injury plaintiffs in motor vehicle accidents and occupiers liability claims;
- advising and acting on behalf of companies, local governments and insurers with respect to defending bodily injury claims, including motor vehicle claims, occupiers liability claims and commercial/social host claims;
- advising and acting on behalf of companies, local governments and insurers with respect to fire, flood, and other property loss/business interruption claims, including the prosecution of such claims through subrogated proceedings;
- advising and acting on behalf of businesses and individuals involved in contract disputes and various other commercial litigation matters.
David has appeared as counsel in all court levels in British Columbia, including the Federal Court of Canada and the Federal Court of Appeal. David has also appeared as counsel before various Provincial administrative boards and tribunals.
