John Moshonas was called to the Bar in 1982.

John's practice focuses on general insurance litigation with an emphasis on casualty, construction and surety claims. He has experience at all levels of the Court system in British Columbia. He has acted for lawyers, engineers and real estate professionals in professional liability actions. He routinely advises clients in the defence of personal injury, products liability, commercial/social host liability and sports related injury claims. He has provided coverage advice on construction, products liability, directors' and officers' liability, property damage and personal injury claims.

John conducts regular seminars for clients and for professional and industry groups. He is an associate member of the Surety Association of Canada and has been a presenter at legal education, insurance and construction industry seminars.
